– Age Eligibility

The age of the prospective student seeking admission should be mentioned correctly. The age of admission is the right age.

– Registration

The registration procedure includes a correctly filled form available from the school. It will be nonrefundable, and non-transferable.

One must produce a copy of their birth certificate and attach it to the registration form. Students who have rightly attended the other schools should submit a photocopy of the report card of the last two years from the previous school.

The registration fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. It is only valid for the specified academic year.

– Admission Counselor

The registered student will need to appear for the interrogation procedure. This procedure depends on the college itself. Moreover, it can be written or oral. The interview will also be held for different subjects which will be set by the authorities of the college itself.

The selection of the candidate will mostly depend on the performance of the child in the interview and the availability of the seats in the concerned class.

The assessment of the child for the admission will also be based on several factors that are mentioned below:

  1. The academic readiness
  2. The academic motivation
  3. The score achieved in the field
  4. Social and emotional development
  5. The ability of the students to serve the requirement of the college
  6. Based on the interview and the other criteria.

The institution reserves the right to admit any student who deems fit in the above-mentioned category. After the assessment process of the student, a merit list will be posted which will declare the name of the students who can take admission.

Moreover, the last date of the submission of the fee after the selection will be posted on the college website as soon as possible. The student must cooperate as such details will be revealed during the admission.

Based on the interview and other criteria, the institution has the right to admit any student who is found fit for the seat. For all matters related to admission, the decision of the principal or the management will be final.

– Admission procedure

The name of the student who has been given the opportunity for admission will be posted on the notice board or the website.

Students who will take admission have to produce the following documents.

  1. Photocopy of birth certificate
  2. Transfer certificate signed by DEO (only if transferred from another state)
  3. Medical certificate from a registered qualified doctor. 
  4. Passport size photographs
  5. Proof of residence

– Payment of Fee

The payment has to be done as per the schedule laid down by the school. It can be done through a bank draft or ‘at par’ cheque.

Those who fail to give payment will be prevented from taking school or public examinations. Admission will only be valid if the payment is made fully. For any information, reach out to us via mail.
